So incredibly frustrated.

I… I can’t even.

Oh!

And all the aforementioned also means I’m seeing my family tonight and some of my best friends tomorrow, which makes things even better.

:)

I kind of feel like crying.

I’m not sure if its from the stress of finals week, the fact that its done and that that means I am officially finished with my second quarter of college, or my knowing that I have tickets to a band I wasn’t sure I was ever going to see live.

Or if I’m just tired.  It’s probably a little bit of all of that… but yeah. Ah.

Hey guys!

Does anyone want to send me items from their bucket list? I’m really curious, I want to hear about your dreams!

Just had the coolest experience.

So, anyone who reads my text posts knows that a few days ago, I went to see the Buried Life boys talk in person at CSUF.  It was such an enlightening experience and just left me feeling so inspired.  My friends and I started talking about how we wanted to follow in the guys’ footsteps, so today we went to our city’s Little Italy and decided to do a little experiment.  After we shopped a little (Saturday mornings are Farmer’s Market time!), we decided to ask a few people what they wanted to do before they died, a la TBL.  The first guy we asked was a street musician, and he essentially told us that he is doing what he wants to do for the rest of his life.  He answered us so profoundly, saying that he believes that too many people worry about money and what they should be doing vs. doing what they actually loved.  It dumbfounded me in the best way.  We asked a few other people, including a human statue who wanted to go skydiving, a Christian musician, and the cutest father-daughter pair I’ve seen in a while.  Their answers were so eye-opening, but what’s more is I felt such a connection with these people, only speaking to them for two or three minutes.

Asking that question, What do you want to do before you die?, unites and connects us in such an amazing way.  I had so much fun learning about these people just living their lives, and I hope one day I will be able to help people like them achieve their dreams.

I’m feeling so inspired… I don’t even know what to do with myself.  Wow. That’s all I can say.
